About The Woods
Hello! Welcome to The Woods. The Woods is one acre lot, single family home community nestled in the beautiful Poconos, PA. We are located in Kunkletown, PA within the boundaries of the Pleasant Valley school district. Currently, there a few homes available on the market. This peaceful community is located about 30 minutes from the Lehigh Valley and an hour and a half from Philadelphia, PA, as well as, New York City.

When we purchase a home in The Woods Community we become a member of The Woods Property Owners Association and with that comes POA dues to pay for road and basin maintenance. "snow plowing and grass cutting"

Check Your Mail. They sent welcome letters to every homeowner. Instructions are in the letter on how to setup
your owner portal and make payments.
Do not use the Zelle payment option it is inactive.
