The Woods POA
General Information
Dog Leash Reminder:
It is important to keep your dog on a leash when in public spaces to ensure the safety of others and prevent any potential incidents. If you encounter a situation with an unleashed dog that poses a threat or creates a disturbance, it is advisable to contact the local authorities or police for assistance. It is worth noting that if the dog is on a leash, the matter may not fall under the jurisdiction of a property owners' association (POA), as the dog is being properly restrained.
Landscaper for 2024 is Mike Chapman
The landscaper will cut the common property at the mail boxes on an as needed basis and the water basin areas. Homeowners are responsible for the grass on their property and the culvert in the front side or back of their house depending on if it is a corner lot or not. We are currently looking into adding mulch around the trees at the mailboxes for a better looking entrance and to help maintain moisture for the trees.
If you would like Mike to cut your grass and the culvert boarding your property he would be happy to give you an estimate.
